In true MULTI style, we have a killer line-up of tech artists: Toronto's own laser and video projection specialist Karl Skene, and renowned Canadian filmmaker/live image mixing artist Peter Mettler. For your listening pleasure and dancing feet we have DJ sets by Nuni, Esther Benoit, Ali Black, and taskone. Come join in this celebration of T.O.'s art and culture, the dancefloor awaits!

Karl Skene

Karl Skene is a Toronto-based multimedia artist and lighting designer specializing in the blending of video, laser, and LED mapping. With roots in forward-thinking electronic music, his work is driven by a spirit of curiosity and experimentation, bridging technologies and building connections between light and sound.

With over a decade of experience exploring a wide range of projects including interactive installations, tour visuals, and virtual film production, Karl continues to evolve his practice and push the boundaries of what's possible in audiovisual art.

Peter Mettler

Accompanied by a live musician or DJ, filmmaker Peter Mettler develops a responsive audiovisual dialogue, creating a one-of-a-kind live cinema (and sometimes dance) experience. A new form of spontaneous improvised image/sound composition emerges with a kinship to jazz jamming.
