Intro to TouchDesigner for Video and Laser Projection

Beginning with an overview of the basics of the software, Karl Skene will show how he uses TouchDesigner to create real-time 3D rendered visuals integrated with laser projection.

Karl Skene

Karl Skene is a Toronto-based multimedia artist and lighting designer specializing in the blending of video, laser, and LED mapping. With roots in forward-thinking electronic music, his work is driven by a spirit of curiosity and experimentation, bridging technologies and building connections between light and sound.

With over a decade of experience exploring a wide range of projects including interactive installations, tour visuals, and virtual film production, Karl continues to evolve his practice and push the boundaries of what's possible in audiovisual art.
